Neeses has been sharing  food traditions with families just like yours for more than 100 years. The “special recipe” was created by J.T. Neese in the early 1900’s. He developed just the right proportions of ham and other pork cuts, and added just the right seasonings of salt, pepper, and sage (plus, a few “secret ingredients” that only Neese family members know about.)

Neeses products are local and familiar for nearly 100 years.  No chemicals or preservatives added.

This product usually arrives chilled to frozen. Due to timing supply issues of fresh sausage with shipping orders, the product is fresh frozen soon after production, sealed, and the frozen date is provided. The product will keep well for several months in the freezer, so you can stock up! When you get your order go ahead and put most in the freezer and what you plan on eating soon put in your fridge!
