Kurt Byrd is a disciple of Jesus Christ, a husband, a father, Director of Finance at Carolina Packers, Inc., President of the NC Meat Processors Association (2019-2022), Principal/Founder of Roots For Strength, and has been working in the meat industry over a decade. Kurt specializes in planning and implementing new strategies to maintain and build business. He is experienced with verifiable track records of successes in sales, logistics, forecast analytics, business valuations, business management, team leadership, capital budgeting, project planning, meat brokerage and purchasing efficiency, perishable products online sales model, store locator software implementation for multiple products, IT technical support, promotions, event planning and coordination, and marketing. “My goal is to whole heartedly serve others, provide thoughtful exceptional service in all that I do, unique analysis, and sound advice that will yield insight and value.”
Rachel Byrd
Rachel Byrd brings a woman’s touch and insight to the company. Without her I would not be the man I am today. She is my wife and a wonderful mother wholeheartedly dedicated to nurturing and raising children to serve others instead of themselves. This is easier said than done, but Rachel sacrificially and persistently loves children in a way that shows God has given her a very special talent. Rachel is also an exceptional Esthetician, licensed in 2013, that specializes in spending quality time with her clients and providing specialized brow, waxing, and other skin care services.
