Ground Naked Chicken is crafted from whole muscle cuts of breast meat and leg/thigh meat. Crafted is the right word here because Joyce Farms does an excellent job with grinding to make sure you have great texture and no mush. Their mix of dark and light meat is exceptional. This is hands down the best ground chicken on the market. Use it for chicken burgers, pasta, meatballs, tacos, chili, and more.
