Beef Short Ribs (Clayton, NC)

Each package is around 2lbs. Low and slow is the definitely the way to go here and when it’s done right on a smoker, it will fall off the bone.  This is very similar to brisket with a slightly different flavor profile.  Braising is also a common cooking method for beef ribs, but the smoker is the best option! Our Cattle are pasture raised and grass fed in Clayton, NC!
