Beef Ox Tail (Clayton, NC)

Each package averages 2.6lbs. Larger packages will show up as a separate option when available. Low and slow is the definitely the way to go here to help break down the connective tissue, but when you do it right the flavor is amazing!  Braising is also a common cooking method for ox tail. Our Black Angus Cattle are pasture raised and grass fed in Clayton, NC with no antibiotics and no hormones.
