A thicker cut within the Short Plate that’s full of flavor with a coarse texture. Marinate and grill. Hanger steaks are prized for their firm texture, but can be tender and juicy when marinated and thrown on the grill with salt and pepper. Hanger Steaks are generally 9-12oz.  Our Black Angus Cattle are pasture raised and grass fed in Clayton, NC!
